Dear friends,
I am a singer and performer and can sing in English, Hindi, and other Indian languages (Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, etc.). I was born in Dubai, raised in Ottawa, trained in Bombay, and now live in Toronto. I have been trained by prominent gurus of Hindustani and Carnatic music style (Sunil Borgaonkar who also trained Shruti Pathak, Nikita Nigam AND Padma Wadkar who is wife of Suresh Wadkar) and have sung for TV shows, movies, documentaries and live audiences of 500 to 25,000. In June 2011, I had the honour of performing with Salim-Sulaiman at IIFA Rocks in Toronto and headlining the IIFA Buzz event in Markham. I have also had the privilege of performing alongside chart toppers such as Alka Yagnik, Atif Aslam, Abhijit Sawant, and Sukhbir throughout India, Canada, USA, Middle East and the Caribbean.
